We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related processes across Europe.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:- Supporting and developing solutions to translate accounting requirements into effective configurations within Microsoft Business Central
- Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
- Supporting roll-out projects for new subsidiaries
- Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
- Providing functional support and guidance to users of accounting systems
- Identifying system and process issues and driving their resolution
- Analysing and harmonising accounting and financial processes
- Supporting audit activities and monthly group reporting from a systems perspective, as well as collaborating with the collections (dunning) team
- You have a degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, or a comparable qualification / relevant professional experience
- You have practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in finance and IT environments
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in IT-related project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate team meetings (e.g., stand-ups), with strong communication skills
- Basic development and debugging knowledge is considered an advantage
