As a Project Manager in the Finance and Business Management Global Project Management organization, you will be part of the Business Expansion and Product System Integration team and the Foreign Exchange Trade Out Product Owner team. You will lead projects that enhance user experience and modernize applications. You will collaborate with global controllers and corporate technology teams, driving both business and technical projects. Together, we will achieve excellence in project delivery and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of business expansion and product system integration projects.
  • Facilitate discussions and conduct business and data analysis to document requirements.
  • Partner with the development team to coordinate technical delivery within Agile project lifecycles.
  • Manage timelines, track action items, and maintain project-related materials.
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Engage, collaborate with, and support users; provide guidance and analysis.
  • Identify and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies, facilitating communication across teams.
  • Coordinate working group meetings, set agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.
  • Ensure clear ownership of action items.
  • Lead test and release planning discussions and execution, driving issue identification and resolution.
  • Actively support process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of key accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Prior business analyst and testing experience on projects is advantageous.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira for managing technical delivery.
  • Experience working with SAP General Ledger.
  • Knowledge of the Foreign Exchange Trade Out tool and process.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong collaborative skills in a team environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
