We are looking for a hands-on Finance Project Manager to support Spirii’s growth and our ongoing finance transformation. This role can be offered as an independent consultant engagement or a fixed-term contract for 9–12 months, depending on what works best for the right candidate.

You will work directly with the CFO and act as a central coordinator across Finance, Tech, Product, Roaming, Customer Service, Sales, and our Edenred group partners. You will lead key finance projects, improve billing and data accuracy, and help build stronger finance processes. The role mixes project leadership with practical, hands-on work, so you must enjoy both structure and execution.

What You Will Work On

• Lead, manage, and track finance-related transformation and operational project workstreams.
• Support the CFO in coordinating cross-functional projects across Finance, Tech, Operations, Sales, and Roaming.
• Deliver and contribute to key finance projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate operational processes and follow up to secure accuracy and quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and presentations, including RAG status updates.
• Schedule and lead steering committee meetings and project reviews.
• Prepare consolidated project status updates and track milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks or delays, escalate when needed, and help build mitigation plans.
• Work closely with the CFO to ensure projects deliver value and stay aligned with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in finance project management, ideally in transformation or change environments.
• Able to manage several workstreams at the same time.
• Clear and simple communication style and strong coordination skills.
• Able to turn complex topics into clear steps and actions.
• Strong skills in presentations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience in international or scale-up environments is a plus.

Preferred Background

You may come from one of these paths:
• Finance expert who has led and delivered finance projects (10–15 years of experience, with 5+ years in project delivery).
• Interim finance manager, CFO, or senior finance consultant who enjoys hands-on work.

Requirements

• Based in Denmark or able to work closely with the team in Copenhagen.
• Available for a 9–12 month engagement (consultant or fixed-term contract).

Benefits

  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a collaborative, inclusive, and open workplace designed to fit your needs and support work-life balance.
  • Competitive Package: A competitive salary, an 11% company pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Time to Recharge: Benefit from 32 paid vacation days (5 weeks + 5 extra) and paid parental leave to focus on what matters most.
  • Career Growth: Access professional development opportunities and grow your career in a high-impact, high-growth industry.
  • Stay Energized: Enjoy excellent coffee, tea, free snacks, and subsidized lunches at the office.
  • Stay Active: Use our Spirii gym and shared company car to keep moving.
  • Make an Impact: Be part of a team driving the future of sustainable energy while working on meaningful projects.
