  • Lead deployment waves of AI Driver Based Forecast Solutions, overseeing production runs and periodic interventions.
  • Collaboratively design enhancements and continuous improvements to the AI Driver Based Forecast Solution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to scalability, performance, and sustainability of the solution, driving initiatives to address them.
  • Design and build predictive driver-based models, maintaining them based on business changes.
  • Configure and maintain impactful digital reports, incorporating predictive data and complex financial analysis into Reporting Dashboards on the data lake.
  • Collaborate with the Data Model team to ensure end-to-end solutions and sustainability.
  • Inform annual drivers and model review with Global Business Units and Regions, incorporating adjustments as needed.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
  • Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
  • An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
