✅ What You’ll Do
- Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work
- Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities
- Maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, cash tracking, and simple financial analysis
- Work with spreadsheets and internal tools to organize, clean, and interpret data
- Help improve processes through better systems, automation, or documentation
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
- Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business
