✨ Who We Are

Meroka is a small and ambitious team working to create better experiences across healthcare. We support physician owned practices through operations, finance, brand, tech and strategy. As we evolve, we stay committed to building systems and experiences that feel human, practical and thoughtful. We value clarity, curiosity, speed and long term thinking.

  • You dislike administrative or detail-oriented work
  • You avoid numbers, financial data, or spreadsheets
  • You are uncomfortable learning new tools or systems
  • You struggle to prioritize when many small tasks compete for attention
  • You prefer narrow, repetitive roles over broad learning
  • You are hesitant to ask questions or flag issues early
  • You are not excited by a fast-moving, evolving startup environment

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work
  • Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities
  • Maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations

  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
  • Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business
  • Learn how a growing company operates—and how decisions are made—up close

  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively
  • Is comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Enjoys supporting others and enabling leaders to perform at their best
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy
  • Is comfortable with spreadsheets and open to learning new tools (including AI-powered ones)
  • Learns quickly and adapts as responsibilities evolve
  • Values clarity, reliability, and calm execution

💰 What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and health benefits
  • In-person collaboration most of the week
  • Direct mentorship and exposure to the CFO
  • Hands-on experience in finance, operations, and executive support
  • Opportunities to work on data, automation, and process improvement
