Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Timely preparation of all monthly revenue and related balance sheet reporting, including but not limited to Actuals and Re-forecasts in the HFM Hyperion reporting tool
  • Review of Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations ensuring readiness of approval by Financial Controller/Financial Director
  • Timely submission of reporting to UK Management, EMEA and Groupe
  • Maintenance of detailed and accurate revenue schedules
  • Adherence of all internal controls without exception. Ensure consistent application of Publicis Groupe policies and audit compliance, escalating issues in a timely fashion
  • Support on internal and external audits
  • Support on further development of process and control documentation
  • Ad hoc requests as required by Group FD and UK CFO

Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Agile with the ability to work in a fast-moving, matrix environment
  • Resilience and ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to understand the impact of financial transactions and processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Demonstrable experience of problem solving and creating efficiencies
