We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a crucial role in developing the accounting and control team. The role will report directly to the Finance Director.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and coordinate the annual financial audit process
- Stay on top of changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
What you need to be successful
- ACA/CPA or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Excellent understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency with accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive continuous improvement
