  • Support statutory reporting and external audits.
  • Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements across the Group.
  • Ensure transfer pricing processes are accurately reflected within the finance function.

  • Identify inefficient processes, challenge existing practices and implement scalable improvements.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and automated workflows to provide greater insight and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Technology and Operations.

Essential Experience

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred).
  • Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant, looking to step up, within a complex business.
  • A clear focus on being a change agent—implementing finance systems, improving integrations, automating manual processes, and challenging the status quo rather than maintaining existing processes.
  • Regular interaction with external audit teams, leading audits and statutory reporting.
  • Strong intercompany accounting experience across multiple legal entities.
  • Experience preparing consolidated accounts.
  • Knowledge of multi-currency accounting.
  • Experience implementing or improving finance systems.
  • Demonstrable experience automating finance processes and improving operational efficiency.
