Job Description

As Finance Manager Reporting FP&A, you will own and drive all regional coordination in P&L reporting. Continuously driving insights, you will help to deliver accurate forecasting to key business stakeholders both with confidence and credibility in the depth of work delivered, your style and overall approach. 

Here is an additional flavour for what else is in store! 

  • Deliver monthly performance vs budget reporting for division leadership, focusing on driving accountability for results and achieving understanding of drivers and future potential risk & opportunities.
  • Partner with accounting on understanding closing variances. Deliver commentary/bridging analysis on variance drivers.
  • Key point of contact for central/ corporate team queries regarding performance.
  • Drive understanding of division cashflow generation.
  • Support intercompany coordination/ transfer pricing.
  • Coordinate timeline of forecast and budget cycles, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting accuracy by account (or nature).
  • Own division chart-of-accounts including cost centre mapping and accounting system mapping.

Qualifications

  • Finance degree (financial and analytical accounting skills)
  • Languages: English (fluent)
  • Excel and Powerpoint (advanced)
  • Self-management and autonomy
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong communication
