Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities for the enterprise leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture.
- Drive alignment with key partners in various finance teams across the enterprise to support reporting capabilities at local, regional and global level by providing analytics, governance, and training.
- Partner with Data Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
- Partner with Change Management, Communications, and Training teams.
- Supervise a Lead Analyst.
Qualifications / profile:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance is required. Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Master’s are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting required.
- Hands-on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools; oversee data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth is required.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing FP&A processes / tools in a global organization is required.
- Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach. Experience leading project timelines and milestones in complex business environments is required.
- Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in ambiguous situations is required.
- Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.
- Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls and USGAAP is required.
- Broad understanding of the J&J operating model and diverse experience obtained in finance roles is strongly preferred.
- This position has location options in New Jersey; Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Wokingham, Berkshire, Ireland, India, Portugal, United Kingdom or Zug, Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
- This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
