Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of our marketing strategy and investments? Join the Product & Marketing Development Business Finance team and play a key role in the LEGO Group’s Marketing Transformation journey. Use your strategic attitude and analytical expertise to drive significant change in marketing investment decisions!

In this role, you will gain valuable experience collaborating closely with key partners across the Marketing Value Chain, including Markets & Channels and Product & Marketing Development teams in both Business and Finance.

This is a one year fixed term opportunity with an immediate start.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and formalize investment principles for LEGO marketing investments, ensuring their seamless integration into key planning processes through collaborator alignment.

  • Co-lead financial governance and performance tracking for the Marketing Transformation Program and prioritized global marketing initiatives, ensuring effective oversight and measurable outcomes.

  • Improve cross-functional collaboration between PMD, M&C Finance, and Business teams by defining clear, overarching marketing investment planning principles and maintaining continuous alignment among partners.

  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to audiences ranging from business partners to C-level executives, providing strategic financial guidance and actionable insights.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have a consistent record to work in a global & matrix structured organisation.

  • You are a strong collaborator in a multi-functional work environment.

  • You are a strong Financial Controller (ideally) with project management experience, partnering with marketing and/or business teams.

  • You are comfortable navigating complexity with the judgement as to when to dig into the detail and when to look at the bigger picture.

  • You are able to deliver high quality work even when tight deadlines are looming.

  • You have a natural curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and the ability to engage, influence, persuade, align with your stakeholders.

  • You are an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
