Core Responsibilities

Drive financial target setting and follow up on gaps in financial performance for salary costs across the LEGO Group

Conduct detailed analyses on salary and people cost development to guide and steer the business.

Run specific projects and priorities within the Global Cost Management team to improve our planning and reporting with an explicit focus on automation and optimization of processes.

Prepare financial plans for current and future years.

Responsible for general controlling and month-end tasks.

Identify and track cost drivers to improve financial planning.

Act as a business partner within your area of responsibility.
Play your part in succeeding
Placed in our HQ in Billund, you will join a team of 14 dedicated and engaged colleagues working out of both London and Billund. We are organized in Business Service and Operations (BSO) and amongst other tasks set to centralize governance ownership, and we support the business with recommendations and benchmarks.
Do you have what it takes?

Hold a master's degree in economics or finance or equivalent experience combined with an analytic approach and the ability to translate something sophisticated into a simple storyline.

Bring experience from a Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner where you have been involved in financial planning and analysis.

Motivated by identifying, drive and acting on opportunities for improvements in execution and automatization.

Open and agile with excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.

Advanced user of Excel and preferably has experience with and knowledge of Power BI.

Written and spoken English proficiency.
