Finance Graduate

Join Halma’s Finance Graduate Programme which is designed to develop future finance leaders through a structured 3 year rotational scheme working full time with different teams across four key areas in our Head Office based in Amersham UK (we operate hybrid working):

- Management Accounting

Gain hands on experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Financial Reporting

Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts and internal financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Treasury

Learn about cash flow management, funding and financial risk, supporting cash flow forecasting and building banking relationships.

Each rotation offers exposure to different Halma companies and sectors; Safety, Healthcare and Environmental & Analysis, giving you a unique view of how finance works across our global network of companies. There will be three residential modules attended by all global Halma Graduate trainees, focusing on key skills important to your future career. We will provide coaching to help you develop as an individual. The Graduate Network is outside of Head Office and gives you an opportunity to build connections and your network with trainees who are also at the start of their Halma career.

Halma is looking for high calibre individuals holding a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong interest in Finance. You must have the right to work in the UK.
