About The Role:

Site Financial Leadership:

  • Oversee financial operations at the NTC or London site, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies and goals.
  • Manage local finance teams, providing leadership, mentoring, and support for their development.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate finance leadership in Israel, ensuring that site-specific financial activities are well-coordinated with corporate initiatives.

Collaboration with Corporate Finance:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the site and corporate finance functions, reporting directly to corporate finance leadership.
  • Ensure full synchronization between site and corporate teams, including managing dotted-line reporting relationships with corporate managers in Israel.
  • Work closely with corporate finance teams to ensure that the site’s financial reports, forecasts, and budgets align with overall corporate targets.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports for the site, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to corporate leadership, highlighting site-specific performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor site-specific financial performance, addressing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  • Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting process at the site, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Work with business units at the site to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial performance that meets strategic objectives.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure that financial activities at the site comply with all applicable regulatory and internal control standards.
