Finance Controller

Your Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Plant Controller to join our financial management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our plant operations through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting.

• Develop and manage comprehensive budget processes while maintaining rigorous budgetary controls
• Lead regular forecast and reforecast activities to ensure financial planning accuracy
• Analyze and calculate central and functional costs with precision
• Create and deliver insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
• Perform in-depth analysis and develop management support reports that drive decision-making
• Validate and analyze key changes impacting cost structures
• Prepare high-quality internal reports for Management Control leadership
• Spearhead the development and implementation of new financial standards
• Ensure departmental objectives are consistently met or exceeded
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (EOS), Environmental Management System, and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
• Previous experience of 3 years minimum as a Plant Controller is strongly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities
