  • Act as a regional liaison for the global FP&A playbook, ensuring that EMEA strategies align with global priorities while meeting local market needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support initiatives related to inventory management, go-to-market strategies, and promotional activities.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

  • Support the development and implementation of best practices for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the EMEA DTC business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of financial models to improve forecasting capabilities and strategic decision-making.

Ad Hoc Support & Strategic Projects:

  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects to address evolving business needs in the EMEA region.
  • Provide financial decision support for new product launches, market expansion efforts, and other strategic initiatives.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions, building strong partnerships with commercial, sales, and finance teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
