Want to join a team with a mission to improve and save lives?

We continually look for motivated and skilled individuals who are interested in supporting our customers – healthcare professionals who use our products to help patients and their communities.

We currently have the following opportunity available - please contact us for more details!

We don’t just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer.

What you’ll do at Elekta

As a Finance Business Analyst for the Linac and Software Solutions business line of Elekta, you’ll provide insightful in-depth financial performance analysis while working alongside the Business Controllers. Your role will involve supporting month-end reporting, business planning, and financial reporting processes.

This is a 6-month fixed-term position (extension is possible but not guaranteed). This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in finance or business analysis, looking to develop their expertise in a supportive role rather than a senior advisory position.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data and provide reporting and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Work with wider Finance team of the business line to deliver business planning process
  • Preparation of month-end close reporting packages
  • Support business intelligence development initiatives to drive improvement in BI insights and build narratives for non-finance stakeholders
  • Support financial analysis for various business line initiatives
  • Act as a business partner to the commercial organization.

What you bring

This is a fixed-term role, ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop while also being a self-starter and a valuable team contributor. To be a great fit, we believe you should have:

  • Degree in Finance or Business
  • Qualified or part-qualified professional finance qualification
  • A couple of years of professional experience with financial analysis, month-end reporting and overall financial reporting processes
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to document, visualize and convey messages in an impactful way to finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Analytical skills: strong capacity in structuring and simplifying complex issues and handling and interpreting large datasets
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
  • Previous experience with QlikSense would be preferable but not essential.

Why should you join Elekta?

In this role, you will work for a higher purpose: hope for everyone dealing with cancer and for everyone, regardless of where they are in the world, to have access to the best cancer care. In addition to this, Elekta offers a range of benefits adjusted to the type of employment agreement and location.

Hiring process

We look forward to hearing from you! Please submit your application in English via the 'Apply' button.  Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the deadline on the 23rd of March 2025.

For questions regarding the role or special assistance, please contact the responsible TA Partner Maria Strelkova at [email protected]. Please note that we don’t accept applications or provide individual application feedback via e-mail.

We are an equal opportunity employer

We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law in the locations where Elekta operates.
