  • Autonomy early on. We trust smart people. If you’re proactive, we’ll give you space to run with things.
  • Progression built in. We support study (e.g. CIMA, ACCA), and you’ll grow as fast as you possibly can. Our team is really experienced and are on hand to help guide you in your career.
  • We welcome your suggestions! If you notice an area that could be improved, speak up — and help us bring those improvements to life.
Requirements

  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things.
  • Super organised, detail-obsessed, and confident with spreadsheets.
  • A clear communicator and eager to work with people at all levels.
  • Hungry to learn.
