Responsibilities
You’ll partner directly with the Finance Manager and the Finance & Legal Lead to drive operational excellence and strategic insights across all finance areas.
1. Reporting & Controlling (30%)
Proactively maintain, extend, and improve our management and investor reporting landscape, including:
- Own and improve management & investor reporting.
- Analyse cost structures and unit economics to optimize performance.
- Monitor cash flow and deliver accurate forecasts.
2. Budgeting (20%)
- Support strategic planning through deep-dive data analysis.
- Create ad-hoc reports to guide decision-making.
- Help evolve our budgeting processes as we scale.
3. Operations & Internal Controls (50%)
Take full ownership of key financial operations, including:
- Own key finance ops: contracts, stakeholder requests, credit system management
- Be the go-to person for internal ticket requests (Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
- Maintain finance tools and systems with a proactive, audit-ready mindset
What you Bring:
- Up to 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Advanced Excel (you live in pivot tables, models, and PowerQuery is a bonus).
- Operational mindset – you get things done and spot problems before they happen.
- Great communication: you’re confident writing and speaking in English.
