Bupa Global Finance Apprenticeship Programme

London / Brighton (Requires some travel to Brighton Head Office)

Hybrid working options available  

£24,700- £27,200 per year (dependent on location)

Full time 37.5 hours per week - Permanent contract

Start Date: May 2025

As our Finance Apprentice, you’ll be working closely with our Bupa Global Team to support the Transformation and Operations areas of the business, working with data and processes to identify ways to positively impact Bupa’s performance.

With offices across London and Brighton (UK), Hong Kong (Greater China), Dubai (UAE), and Cairo (Egypt), you’ll gain a deep and valuable insight into the financial world, giving you a kick start in your finance career.

Our Finance Apprenticeship Programme offers the opportunity to study towards your Level 4 Accountancy apprenticeship. At the same time, we will ensure that you develop your skills in creating, verifying, and reviewing financial information in an accurate and timely manner, all whilst remaining relevant, ethical, professional, and meeting legal standards and accounting practices.

Our scheme is underpinned by Bupa’s comprehensive learning and development programme, which will also help you develop essential skills such as self-awareness, effective working, communication, and team working. With support from your manager and our apprenticeship team, you’ll be sure to shape your potential.

Qualifications and Training      

  • Must have the right to work in the UK  
  • Must have either a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, GCSE Grade C/ Grade 5 or above, or equivalent

Skills and Knowledge  

  • Effective self-organisation and ability to plan ahead, to complete tasks to deadlines.  
  • Positive, can-do attitude, pro-active and take the initiative.  
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.   
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively with others and influence.  
  • Strong self-awareness with a drive and commitment to own development  
  • Strong attention to detail and highly numerate.
