The role is responsible for conducting data analysis on important financial metrics, assisting with monthly financial planning, and performing profit and loss statement data analysis during the month-end close process.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly assessment of finance KPI and operations - reporting tailored to the relevant audience including senior management.

  • Data analysis for the area of finance's critical metrics, monthly finance planning and closing data analysis

  • Gathers all the data and review balance sheet and profit loss statement.

  • Extracting, verification and analysing data for weekly/monthly reports.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Korean speaking

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.

  • Basic knowledge for business practices in finance and controlling.

  • Mass data excel spreadsheet skills.

  • Understand balance sheet, profit & loss.

  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.

  • ERP skills mainly for finance and controlling preferably SAP FI/CO.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external customers at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, well presented, professional and dedicated.

  • Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.

  • Able to be in the office 5 days a week inline with the rest of this wider team

  • Weekly report preparation

  • Process review

  • Training and education sessions for cost saving and P/L analysis
