Working for Senior Finance Manager, Global Support Functions (GSF), the role offers a great hands-on opportunity to get involved in many aspects of financial management as part of a fast-paced and highly-visible team.

The Finance Analyst will support the GSF Finance team in providing high quality global analysis and reporting spanning all of the Global Support Functions including (but not limited to) Finance, IT, Scientific Affairs, Business Development, HR, Legal, IP, Compliance, Real Estate, Communications, Quality and Procurement.  Analysis will support monthly performance reviews to help ensure global functional spend delivers within budget by bringing timely insight and analysis to understand trends and variances.

The Analyst will play an integral part in all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the GSFs including supporting the preparation of budgets.

The role will act as a critical interface between the GSF team and the offshore FSSC (Finance Shared Service Centre) to help coordinate month-end transactional activities, and will also be involved in supporting audit work and other ad hoc requests as required. 

The role will help to drive synergies and consistency in ways of working across the GSF Finance team, in turn delivering efficiency improvements and more time to focus on value-add.
