About the Role
We are seeking a driven teammate who pays attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills. This Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

Consolidating and analysing financial data preparing commentary and understanding opportunities, risks and trends that impact the business

Business partnering with key stakeholders and presenting analysis

Support the annual financial planning cycle, monthly forecasting and reporting process
-
Work with the finance team preparing various reports as required
-
Learn new reporting technologies and tools, proactively participate in processes and systems improvement to drive performance
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Science, Finance or Accounting degree
-
Minimum of 3 years related experience
-
ACA/ACCA or CIMA professional qualification.
Other Qualifications
-
Strong technical, analytical, communication and influencing skills

Ability to work under pressure with the mindset to deliver and over-achieve

Maturity to drive things forward, step up and be a proactive contributor
-
Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organisational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

Software and/or internet industry experience
-
Experience with US multi-national
-
Knowledge of Workday systems
