Finance Analyst (Credit Control) 

Edelman is a global communications firm built on trust, collaboration, and curiosity. We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Credit Control) to join our UK team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting financial operations and driving effective cash collection processes. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash allocation 

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email 

  • Identify and resolve invoice queries with internal stakeholders 

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly aging reports 

  • Monitor debts over 90 days and support resolution plans 

  • Contribute to cashflow forecasting and reporting 

  • Support continuous improvement of processes using tools and technology 

Who You Are 

  • Experience in credit control or accounts receivable (ideally 5+ years) 

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data 

  • Confident communicator able to manage client conversations professionally 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills 

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 

  • Interested in improving processes and driving efficiencies 

Working Environment 

Hybrid working model with flexibility. You will work closely with the finance team and stakeholders across the business. This role may be offered on a part-time basis (approximately 32 hours per week).
