What you'll do:
- Creating and setting up new Clients, Trade and Intercompany
- Responsible for creating Project Numbers per requests both Client billable & Non-Billable on Maconomy and scanning relevant documents attaching these to the Maconomy set up system
- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all Trade supplier accounts and collecting all relevant documentation as per Audit guidelines
- Creating Job price Lists/Work task Lists on behalf of Clients working closely with Commercial accountants
- Creation of Employee/Consultants staff accounts and setting up their charge out rates referring to the weekly Starters, Leavers and Changes report distributed weekly by HR
- User and Employee management (updating, blocking users Maconomy access upon leaving HK or at the request of HR)
- Co-ordination and collation of the on-line monthly journals and producing month end listings for the CFO and FC reviews.
- Contacting TCS (external WPP Helpdesk) for all Maconomy issues unable to resolve internally on behalf of the employees.
- Working closely with the Maconomy Systems Administrator for Maconomy and finance system upgrades
- Assisting with other requests arising within the Finance department as and when necessary.
