Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and almost 100 employees across Europe.

About the Role

Final art at Neko Health ensures that all the details do not betray the brand experience and creative vision.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Final Art Design Manager to lead the asset production and execution phase of our creative projects at Neko Health. As the Final Art Design Manager, you will prepare, build design systems, and oversee the refinement and delivery of print-ready and digital design assets, ensuring that all artwork meets the highest quality standards and adheres to our brand guidelines. You will collaborate with designers, the brand team, internal stakeholders, and production partners to ensure a seamless transition from art direction to execution, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of Neko’s brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce Design Assets: Be hands on and confident in preparing files and design assets to ensure high-quality results.
  • Oversee Final Art Production: Manage the process of finalizing design assets for production, ensuring all visuals are print-ready or digital-ready, meet specifications, and maintain quality across various media.
  • Quality Control: Review and validate all final design files to ensure accuracy in layout, color, typography, and resolution before submission to printers or digital platforms.
  • Brand Guardian: Represent the design thinking in design production projects that follow the brand’s vision, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all final design assets comply with brand guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, marketing, locations, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all departments during the final stages of design production.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external print vendors, fabricators, and production houses to confirm specifications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of final materials.
  • Location Staging: Coordinate with our brand team and manage our location’s brand assets execution while nailing the details that honour our customer’s experience.
  • File Management: Organize, maintain, and archive all final design files, ensuring proper version control and easy access for future use.
  • Project Management Skills: Track multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deadlines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and quality assurance measures within the final design production phase.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or design studio.
  • Knowledge of print production techniques, color correction, and packaging.
  • Strong eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering flawless final artwork.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, art production, or a similar role.
  • Has a love for visualizing data and creating infographics.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Please note: we perform background and reference checks as part of our interview process.
