Hello. We are Prismic.
We are building the next innovation beyond headless CMS— a Headless Website Builder that’s used by thousands of companies globally. Creative developers use Prismic to build modern websites and empower marketing teams to easily edit them. With over 5,000 paying clients and 300+ enterprise accounts like AXA, Bershka, Deliveroo, and TicketMaster, we are scaling quickly.
Prismic is a place for ambitious individuals. After four years of strong bootstrapped growth, we raised our Series A in 2021 to scale even faster with backing from leading investors. Our mission is to create the go-to workflow for modern web development.

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our field marketing program. This role will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that will drive pipeline and shape our market perception across key markets and segments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B field marketing, including event management, ABM and partner marketing.
As a key player in our small but mighty marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with sales, growth marketing, product marketing, and leadership teams to ensure that our field marketing efforts align with business objectives and support growth goals.

What will you be doing? 🔧

-Lead demand generation efforts that drive high-quality MQLs, strong funnel conversion, and real pipeline impact.
-Manage the field marketing budget across regions and programs, making sure investments deliver impact.
-Build integrated campaigns that combine digital, field, and ABM tactics to engage high-value accounts.
-Plan and execute market-specific thought leadership and content strategies that speak directly to key segments and buyer personas.
-Identify and secure high-impact visibility opportunities for internal thought leaders, including speaking opps at key industry events, podcast interviews and media contributions.
-Partner closely with revenue leaders and cross-functional teams to align programs with account strategies, business goals, and growth targets.
-Lead the strategy and execution for both owned and third-party events to build engagement, pipeline, and brand visibility; and integrate them into multi-touch campaigns that extend across the funnel.
-Set clear KPIs for all programs and use data to drive continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.
-Apply AI and a modern MarTech stack to run smarter field and digital campaigns, streamline execution, and keep Prismic ahead in a fast-moving market.

Are you the one? 🧠

-Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in field marketing, and a proven track record of building pipeline.
-Experience with both owned events (conferences, webinars) and third-party events (trade shows, industry conferences).
-Demonstrate deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and buying processes.
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Excel at cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and working with external vendors.
-Willingness to travel internationally for events

Preferred Skills ⭐️

-Experience marketing products to marketers or developers is a plus, preferably in SaaS or AI
-English is required, additional languages are a plus but not mandatory (French or German)

If you don’t tick all of the Nice to have boxes - no worries, we still encourage you to apply! At Prismic, we’re committed to embracing diverse profiles. We will understand what you can bring to the table, and fit your skills into our teams.

What are the perks? 🎉

Firstly, we are hiring across Europe, and this is a remote position.

-Macbook: get top-notch tech to work with
-Home office budget: set up your ideal workspace
-International share-out, an opportunity to discuss current affairs and compare life in your respective countries, and escape from your usual bubble. Sessions are led by a public speaking expert
-Yoga classes: online and onsite, 3x a week
-Yearly company gatherings to take a break from the routine and give you the chance to meet the international teams!
(also, other benefits that may depend on the country you’re based in)

Afraid of missing out if you’re remote? 🌍  Worry not!

-You get the chance to visit us from time to time and spend a few days at the Paris office
-We organize virtual events to stay connected with each other
-We also hold regular global meetings
-We do our best to nurture a relaxed and informal atmosphere, enabling you to feel supported, thrive at your job, and keep learning.
