The role:

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing in EMEA, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing integrated regional campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support sales goals in the UK and Nordics regions. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between marketing and sales in your region, ensuring that our brand shows up in the right places with the right messages to drive impact. This is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional role, working closely with product marketing, customer marketing,  events, BDRs, and sales leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics and develop field marketing plans that align to revenue goals

  • Own end-to-end execution of regional campaigns, including in-person events, digital programs, ABM tactics, and partner activations

  • Localize global campaign themes to fit regional buyer needs, market maturity, and cultural context

  • Work with the BDR team to create regional follow-up strategies and support pipeline acceleration plays

  • Collaborate with demand generation to align regional efforts with broader campaigns and performance metrics

  • Manage budget, measure impact, and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and engagement

  • Represent marketing in regional pipeline and forecast calls, sharing insights and uncovering opportunities to drive momentum
     

Ideal qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional campaign management in B2B SaaS

  • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, at a native or near-native level is required

  • Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns at once with tight timelines

  • Strong skills in planning and hands-on execution of regional plans best fit local needs

  • Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and BDRs

  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing tools like Hubspot, 6Sense, Demandbase or similar

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring what works and optimizing for results

  • Creative thinker who knows how to bring a brand to life through field programs
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the martech space

  • Strong knowledge of the UK&I and Nordics markets, vendors, third-party media, industry events and organizations

  • Located in the Greater London area with the ability to work from the office occasionally

  • Proficiency in any other European language is a bonus
