DACH Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven DACH Marketing Manager to lead Torq’s marketing efforts across the region. This role will own the strategy and execution of regional awareness, demand generation and field marketing activities driving measurable impact on pipeline growth and brand visibility across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a high-growth environment, and has a proven track record in technology or cybersecurity marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the DACH regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact field and channel marketing activities, including events, partner programs, and account-based campaigns.
  • Develop integrated regional campaigns in collaboration with global and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the regional sales team to align marketing efforts with business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Manage the regional event strategy including third-party conferences and Torq-hosted events.
  • Own and drive the localisation strategy, ensuring all global marketing content is adapted to resonate effectively with DACH audiences.
  • Track, measure, and report marketing performance across all regional activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Support and enable partners across the region with co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in regional or field marketing roles within a technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven success driving awareness and pipeline growth in the DACH market.
  • Strong understanding of the regional business landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Data-driven and highly organized, with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about delivering measurable impact.
