WHAT YOU'LL DO

Braze is looking for a Field Marketing Lead to align with regional go-to-market teams on driving pipeline through virtual and in-person event activations to hit quarterly and annual targets. This role will develop our regional and sponsored event programs for the go-to-market team, with the purposes of generating and accelerating pipeline. If you have a passion for building community through creative activations, we’d love to have you join our growing marketing team. You'll develop and establish what it means to be part of the "Braze Experience" beyond the actual product experience. You will collaborate across the entire marketing team to build out brilliant experiences across both physical and digital properties for our prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic partner to our regional and go-to-market teams, including Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success,  on the development and execution of our field marketing event strategy, consisting of both in-person and virtual activations, with the primary focus of generating and accelerating pipeline
  • Drive the development of Braze’s “always-on”, regional event and regional campaign strategy including, but not limited to, webinars, roundtables, workshops, peer to peer networking, tradeshow, nurture, email and more.
  • Research, recommend and execute on sponsored events that will help us target key verticals and include key partners from our Braze Tech Partners (Alloys)
  • Develop an event marketing management process, clearly defining roles and responsibilities and ensuring consistency across all events
  • Manage event logistics, budget and on-site coordination (when relevant)
  • Develop post-event strategy inclusive of ensuring the appropriate GTM segments are following up with event registrants in a timely manner and thoughtful follow up with event attendees is planned and programmed
  • Work with the marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure we’re hitting our audience development goals, both through marketing-owned channels such as Marketo emails and Linked ads, as well as enabling sales to drive attendance from their target accounts - you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that we’re tracking appropriately to hit registration targets
  • Measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting via SFDC/Marketo
  • Partner with our brand marketing team to ensure that production quality adhere to brand standards
  • Partner with others on the EMEA regional team on content narratives and speakers for an event and digital amplification is included where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing lead to ensure alignment.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-3 years experience in the areas of marketing and/or sales
  • High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, then working with others to create unique solutions to solve them
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with regional sales and global marketing to drive alignment
  • Experience with pipeline generation strategies and implementation
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to work with and maintain long-term relationships with customers, prospects, and influencers
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with other internal departments to create a positive company-wide team effort for regional marketing programs
  • Ability to manage expectations, feedback and accountability with sales leadership and account executives
  • Familiarity with tech and marketing communities; familiarity with SaaS business communities a plus
  • Experience with inside sales and Marketo is a plus
  • Candidates with a B2B background preferred

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
