The internship will give you the opportunity to explore various marketing initiatives, including the exciting world of events and partner marketing. You will work closely with a variety of individuals and teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get stuck in with both the big and small tasks! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings a positive energy and a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar field

• Must be available for one year placement

• Based in London or able to travel to London office 

• Strong interest in marketing

• First experience with Marketing tools (e.g Marketo, Canva, On24, Salesforce, WordPress) is advantageous but we are happy to teach you

• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong hands-on mentality, project management, time management, and execution skills

• Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude

• Demonstrates creative spark expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
  

• Support Field and Partner Marketing in the region by executing activities to generate leads, pipeline and awareness around Snowflake

• Work with cross functions on executing events and campaigns (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, …)

• Support with event and webinar pre-work, onsite as well as post-event activities including attendee follow up and lead lists uploads

• Own the Swag process for the UK by liaising with our third party vendor to keep up to date with our inventory and ensuring items are delivered on time and collected post event

• Create banners and creatives for Social Media

• You will learn the ins and outs of the full marketing mix: event management, partner marketing, demand generation, account based marketing etc.

• You will learn how to use marketing automation & creative tools

• How to use data to drive decisions in marketing programmes & activities

• You will learn how to work with speed and agility in a fast-paced environment
