Snowflake is seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator based in our London office. This role supports the execution of co-marketing programs with strategic partners by coordinating events, managing timelines, and aligning internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:
  • UKI execution Support: Support the UKI Partner Marketing Manager in executing high-impact marketing activities, including 3rd party partner and industry conferences, Snowflake-owned events (like Snowflake World Tour), partner enablement, and social media.

  • Partner Ecosystem Intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of priority partners within the UKI region, identifying which partners drive the most value for specific industry verticals.

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Maintain a centralised calendar of all partner marketing activities, ensuring visibility for the broader UKI marketing and sales leadership.

  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the logistics and execution of planned events; manage relationships with outside vendors and partners to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Maintain alignment with UKI Partner Marketing Manager, Field, SDR and Partner team regarding pre- and post-event communications, promotional strategies, and lead follow-up.

  • Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of joint marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), Partner-Sourced Pipeline, and event attendance.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute joint marketing programs (webinars, roundtables, and digital campaigns) with key technology and services partners to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.

  • Act as a liaison between the Partner Organisation and the Field Marketing team to ensure partner-ready content and campaign results are communicated effectively to Sales

  • Project manage Snowflake’s presence at partner-led conferences and industry summits, ensuring the "Better Together" value proposition is integrated into logistics, branding, and lead-capture workflows.

  • Build and maintain operational relationships with marketing counterparts at key partner organisations to streamline the approval of co-branded assets and joint execution timelines.

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English

  • 2+ years of experience in events, trade shows and/or field or partner marketing

  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Wordpress is an advantage

  • High proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field

  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills

  • Embodies strong organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and hands-on mentality

  • Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design

  • The role requires 3 days a week onsite in our London Offices (Liverpool Street)
