As the Field Marketing Coordinator EMEA, you’ll play a critical support role for the Field Marketing team, helping execute impactful events and campaigns across the various territories. This position offers exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines, including event management, webinars, email marketing, sales enablement, ABM, communications, and more.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate and manage workshops, oversee webinar logistics, research and evaluate, execute third-party event opportunities to drive engagement and brand visibility
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle contracts, invoicing, and reporting to maintain seamless operations. Utilise SFDC, Air Table and other platforms for efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the regional field marketing leads, digital/demand generation teams and liaise with sales, pre-sales, legal, and finance to align efforts and achieve business goals
  • Analytical:  Support to ensure consistent and accurate metrics providing valuable insights to the team
  • Website and Localisation Support: Update the website with events, press coverage, and localised content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional needs
  • Travel: There will be some level of travel required across EMEA to assist with tradeshows and networking events. The ideal candidate should be willing and happy to partake in this experience

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Curious and genuine interest in technology and marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, technology
