We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Assistant to join our team and support with marketing administration, marketing automation, and event management. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent college graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within field marketing. The ideal candidate will be prepared to roll up their sleeves and contribute to various marketing initiatives while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

  • Support the VP Field Marketing with budget administration.

  • Manage merchandise for the EMEA field marketing team

  • Support the marketing team with event execution, including list uploads and post-event follow-up 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing activities and improvements.

  • Provide general support to the EMEA marketing team as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Other marketing projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or college leaver with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1 year's experience in a similar role is desirable

  • Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about the integration and automation industry.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.
