Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Field Insights Manager to be based in London,UK.


The Insights Manager is responsible for managing field sales performance reporting and gathering insights that will accelerate growth and help field teams achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

They will work closely with the Field Sales Strategy Manager and the Head of Field Sales to develop and deliver a perfect understanding of our performance in Field Sales. They will then build the insight systems and data visualisation tools to enable timely understanding of performance and strategic decision-making.

This role plays a large part in both driving strategic business decisions in the long term and tracking performance in the short term. It has high exposure to multiple departments and the leadership team, so developing excellent relationships with our internal stakeholders is key.

Job Description

Reporting

Maintaining, reviewing, and updating our reports ensures they communicate the correct metrics on performance and continue to be user-friendly and tailored to the audience. Working closely with the Red Bull International team to ensure we have the appropriate data visualisation tools and that insights on performance are simple and easy to access for all stakeholders.

Effective Communication

The right place, the right frequency, and the right method to communicate insights and strategy to sales teams and the leadership team. This involves regular communication on performance and presentations on key strategic topics to management. This role has full ownership of this area and will have to coach sales teams on understanding key trends that will impact performance.

Strategy/Long-Term Problem Solving

Support and plan growth for the Off-Premise Field Sales by uncovering insights that will assist in identifying issues and then advising on possible solutions, achieving end-to-end accountability to reach results. This is accomplished by being the expert in our internal data and also utilising external data sources to provide context to the insights.

Data Quality

Work closely with the Field Sales Data Specialist and the Red Bull International Team to ensure that territories, coverage plans, and interventions are built with correct attribution and are sustainable in the long term. This is a key element of the job to ensure that all other aspects of data analysis can be conducted smoothly and accurately.

Qualifications

Strong experience (or demonstrable equivalent) working in data management and insights for an agency, retailer, or manufacturer.
Proven experience in working with and managing multiple sources of data, both internal and external.
Demonstrable ability to transform data into insight and subsequently convert that insight into actionable strategies.
Confident and experienced presenter at all levels, possessing strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Experience in managing senior stakeholders with confident and clear communication.
Excellent Excel and data visualization skills (knowledge of data visualisation software such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau is appreciated).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A keen eye for detail; some might say a perfectionist.
