We’re Altura, an ambitious AI SaaS startup!
At Altura, we’re making it easier for organisations to win complex deals (tenders and RfP’s). With our AI-powered platform, we simplify bid management by turning it into a smooth, strategic process. We connect workflows, automate tasks, and make knowledge accessible, so teams can work more efficiently and effectively.
But we’re not stopping there.
We’re developing the first AI-powered Agentic Virtual Bidmanagement Assistant, designed to automate the entire bid lifecycle. Altura is growing fast and has big plans for the future. If you value innovation, enjoy working together, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to have you on board.
Let’s work together!
TL;DR
As Field & Community Marketing Specialist, you’ll own the live and digital experiences that turn market curiosity into Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs). You’ll plan field events, run webinars and podcasts, build our community, and partner with customers and influencers. If you love juggling logistics, content, and relationships (and seeing a direct line to revenue), this role is for you.

The Role and Your Challenge

Altura’s demand engine is humming, and reaching bid managers and directors where they gather — online and in person — is critical to our next growth stage. You’ll be the day-to-day driver of field marketing and community engagement. That means translating the marketing roadmap into events, partner activations, and vibrant community channels that educate, nurture, and convert. Altura is a household name in Bid Management already and we have strong traction in our community. Now as we launch in new markets, the UK being our next core focus, we need you to formalize and engage the community to new heights!

Your success will be measured by SQLs, pipeline, engagement, and community health. You’ll collaborate tightly with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure every interaction delivers value and insight back to the business.

You Will
  • Execute the field-marketing calendar: Plan, promote, and run events, webinars, podcasts, and partner activations that attract TAM accounts, MQLs, and customers.

  • Create and moderate our community: Formalize our community, spark discussion, answer questions, and foster peer-to-peer engagement to grow membership and influence.

  • Generate SQLs: Stay on top of our Demand Generation funnel and engage with high intent leads to invite to community events and similar with the goal of generating SQLs for sales.

  • Cultivate advocates: Build a network of customers and partners for referrals, success stories, and co-marketing opportunities.

  • Manage logistics end-to-end: Stay on top of allocated budget, vendors, venues, speaker prep, swag, and follow-up workflows for friction-free experiences.

  • Generate content: Turn recordings, events, trends and community gems into clips, case studies, and posts.

  • Iterate programmes: Collect attendee feedback, monitor industry trends, and propose new initiatives for higher impact.

You Have
  • Experience in field marketing, event management, community building, or a sales-adjacent role in B2B SaaS.

  • Networking superstar who loves to communicate with our target audience.

  • A track record of generating pipelines through live and digital experiences.

  • End-to-end logistics mastery—budget negotiation, vendor management, timelines, stakeholder coordination.

  • Strong communication skills; you can translate insights into compelling stories and content.

  • Experience from building a brand that your audience loves and wants to be connected to.

  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Demand Gen, Growth, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Bonus: connections or experience within the bid-management or procurement space (or a strong desire to build them).

You Should Apply If
  • You love high-impact roles where you can build programmes from scratch and see direct pipeline results.

  • You take ownership—freedom to make decisions, test ideas, and iterate excites you.

  • You’re energised by community—bringing people together (online or IRL) feels like second nature.

  • Are able to travel and work where and when needed for physical events.

You Should Not Apply If
  • You prefer rigid processes and narrowly defined responsibilities.

  • You need constant guidance—Altura moves fast and expects self-starters.

  • You shy away from experimentation and occasional failure on the path to big wins.

We Offer
  • Work – Build for an AI-first SaaS startup, heading toward scale-up 🚀

  • Time – 40 hours per week ⏱️

  • Compensation – Competitive salary + Virtual Stock Units (VSUs) 💸

  • Free – 26 vacation days 🏖️

  • Tech – Your ideal tools and tech stack 🛠️

  • Flexibility – Hybrid model: typically on-site 2×/week, autonomy over where/when you work 🔄

  • Fun – Company outings (go-karting, bowling, you name it) 🏎️

  • Development – Learning budget for courses and conferences 💡

  • MacBook 💻

  • Office – Co-working space in central London! Occasional travel to HQ in Amsterdam 🏫
