The successful candidate will assist in managing trade flows, coordinating business development initiatives for our Fixed Income division.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Act as point contact for all new fixed income business initiatives.
  • Partnership with internal (Trading, Operations, Risk, Treasury, Compliance) and External stakeholders to implement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with exchanges, central counterparties (CCPs), trading counterparts, prime brokers, and external vendor platforms.​
  • Assist the COO in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Involvement in COO team initiatives, operational oversight, and strategic rollouts.​
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.​

Your present skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.​
  • 5+ years’ experience in Fixed Income markets, business development, or operations within the financial services industry.​
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.​
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.​
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.​
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Fixed Income securities is a plus.
