About the role

This role centres on Clear Junction's fiat products, including multi-currency accounts, SEPA and FPS transfers, remittance and correspondent banking solutions that deliver seamless cross-border payments for global institutions.


Requirements
  1. Leading the planning, design (SoW), testing, and launch of new products, acting as project manager; or contributing to such projects. Collaborating with the technology team developing the products.
  2. Driving reengineering of existing products to expand capabilities and enhance performance, addressing evolving client needs.
  3. Educating internal teams on products by developing training materials, delivering presentations, and gathering feedback.
  4. Providing expert consulting to colleagues on product features, client solutions, and related topics.
  5. Performing product analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Under guidance from specialised teams, addressing compliance aspects of products, including adherence to CJ’s risk appetite, AML/CTF and sanctions rules, Consumer Duty guidelines, DORA, data protection, and other regulations.
  7. Developing and updating product documentation for internal use, marketing, and API purposes.
  8. Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of relationships with banking and technology partners related to the products, as requested.
  9. Contributing to standard product pricing frameworks, development of product-related policies and procedures, and research and analysis of the payments market.
  10. Working collaboratively with other departments.
  11. Developing and maintaining detailed plans, records and reports.
  12. Additional language skills: Russian (professional working proficiency) would be an advantage.
