Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for Festival Activators to be based across the UK. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 11th May 2026 to 15th September 2026. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 30th March at 10am.
The Festival Activator Programme is one of the most important parts of the Red Bull UK Festival & Events Strategy. You’re the face of the company across the festival circuit; a positive, knowledgeable, and proactive attitude is essential.
Our festival activators are the heart (and muscle) behind everything we do. As a member of the activator team you will be responsible for setting up all of our festivals throughout the summer, whilst also looking after key stakeholders on the festival site and maximising all opportunities available to us. This could entail; training bar staff, sampling industry members, artist liaison, working on our Red Bull activations, setting up fridges & stock across sites and much much more. Please note this is a sales based role focusing on ensuring Red Bull are always looking great around the site.
You’ll work a series of festivals from week commencing 18th May to week commencing 14th September over 15+ weekends totaling 50+ days. This is a day rate based contract.
You will be in charge of activating the festival marketing and sales plan across the site, constantly in search of additional opportunities and Point of Sale (POS) placements across the site.
There will be some inconsistent hours, long days and a lot of travelling – Festival Activators will have to be able to work hard and play hard! It is an incredibly physical job that will require a lot of heavy lifting, walking and sleeping onsite in tents.
We would prefer our Festival Activators to have a clean drivers license (but it’s not a must) in order to hire cars & vans throughout the summer.
We will supply you with a mobile phone and a Red Bull e-mail address in order for you to be in contact with various POCs onsite. It is vital you are able to commit to working most weekends in the summer from Monday 18th May to Tuesday 14th September. Also to be available for an assessment day on Tuesday 14th April, should your application be successful.
It’s not for the faint hearted! Although you will be exhausted you will have the best summer ever.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, our review process may take some time. If your application is successful at this stage, you will receive a link to complete a video interview. We appreciate your patience while we carefully consider your application.
