We're looking for a Features Editor with a strong knowledge of all aspects of videogames to join Future's award-winning title, Edge.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Editorial Director, you'll write high-quality articles for every part of the magazine, including previews and reviews, but with a particular focus on features. These will cover all aspects of videogames, from taking a closer look at industry trends to behind-the-scenes developer stories and in-depth analysis of the games themselves.
You'll also be responsible for setting up a schedule of forward features, building ideas with writers, and editing copy to the highest standards.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Extensive experience writing about videogames
- Experience commissioning and editing copy
- Expert knowledge of the videogame industry
- A good eye for stories, and how they might be built out
- A strong familiarity with Edge’s voice and perspective

The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £35,000
This can be a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home, or Remote.
