We are currently looking for a Fashion Editor to lead bold, innovative styling and creative direction that shapes the future of Harrods’ visual identity across all channels. This is a fixed-term contract until January 2027.

About the Role

As Fashion Editor, you will lead the creative direction and styling across all Harrods content channels, ensuring our brand aesthetic is consistently represented across print, digital, and social platforms. You’ll manage a high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional fashion content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and oversee styling direction for all Harrods content channels, maintaining luxury standards and brand consistency.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for strategic fashion projects, including moodboards and trend reports.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure styling reflects current trends and resonates with customers.
  • Drive innovation in styling and creative processes, exploring new trends and strategies to differentiate Harrods in the luxury market.
  • Lead and develop a team of stylists and assistants, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will bring a strong creative vision and styling expertise across multiple channels, paired with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across teams. Adaptability and problem-solving come naturally to you, enabling you to thrive during seasonal peaks and fast-turnaround projects. As a leader, you inspire creativity and foster a high-performance culture while staying ahead of industry trends.

What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive experience in fashion styling and creative direction within a luxury environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing creative teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer personas.
