We are seeking a talented and experienced Consultant to join our Career Consulting team. This role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe, supporting a hybrid working environment. You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the evolving landscape of pay transparency, pay equity, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business goals, culture, and organizational dynamics to tailor solutions that accelerate their DEI and fair pay strategies.

  • Analyze complex workforce and pay data, employee listening results, and policies to assess the current state and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and facilitate executive workshops and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding revenue streams from existing clients and supporting prospecting efforts.

  • Partner internally across disciplines to share knowledge, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless client delivery.

  • Contribute to and share thought leadership on emerging legislation and market trends.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team across Europe.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in reward/compensation consulting, with a focus on pay equity, pay gap compliance, pay transparency, and/or DEI.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading small to mid-sized projects and workstreams.

  • In-depth knowledge of EU pay equity and transparency legislation and global best practices.

  • Advanced Excel, data analysis and PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client relationship management capabilities.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Why Join Us:

  • Opportunity to work flexibly across Europe with a supportive hybrid work model.

  • Join a vibrant, inclusive culture that values innovation, professional development, and impact.

  • Access to a broad range of career growth opportunities within a global leader in career consulting.
