ATE (Alpha Technology Engineering) - New Product Team Diffusion Process Engineer is responsible for the successful transfer and implementation of new technology nodes developed by the Technology Development team. The role focuses on improving manufacturing yield, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting equipment capacity expansion through close collaboration with Technology Development, Fab15 departments, the global DRAM network, and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities also include maintaining a strong safety culture, supporting technology transfers to sister sites, and preparing for future technology node introductions.

You are required to take responsibility for process & workstation as owner and do all tasks assigned timely and accurately. You are also highly appreciated working positively and show your ownership of all the tasks you are assigned.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering-related field
• Hands-on experience in Diffusion process engineering within the semiconductor industry (experience with a semiconductor device manufacturer or semiconductor equipment supplier is highly preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in either Japanese or English
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools, including generative AI, for information gathering, data analysis, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity and business outcomes.

• Technology Developmentから移管される新技術ノードの立ち上げおよび量産移管の推進
• 歩留まり改善, 生産性向上, サイクルタイム短縮に向けたプロセス最適化
• 半導体製造装置のプロセス条件およびパラメータ設定• 改善
• プロセス管理手法の構築および改善プロジェクトの推進
• 新規設備• 新材料の評価, 導入計画および展開
• 工程異常や品質課題の解析と改善活動
• DRAMネットワークや海外拠点との技術連携• 技術移転
• 安全基準を遵守しながら量産体制の強化を推進

[必須条件]

• 理系分野の大学卒業以上
• 半導体業界におけるDiffusion（拡散工程）の実務経験をお持ちの方（デバイスメーカーまたは半導体製造装置メーカーでの経験歓迎）
• 日本語または英語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
