Additional tasks will include preparing briefing/debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for Boeing internal and external customer use.

Included in this role is the opportunity to develop and provide recommendations on training standards and specifications. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices.

Hiring details:
- This requisition is for a locally hired position in Crawley. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
- Developing flight training courseware
- Defining standard and customer specific training requirements and develops proposals to satisfy requirements
- Analyzing training requirements to provide technical content to support learning objectives
- Reviewing courseware, instructor materials, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Analyzing training effectiveness to ensure training effectiveness and inform courseware revisions
- Reviewing comments and collaborating with team to reconcile conflicting inputs
- Researching and evaluating training delivery methods for incorporation into new and existing courseware
- Ensuring technical accuracy of flight training courseware
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Commercial pilot license with international and transoceanic flight experience
- FAA ATP or EASA ATPL, or other international equivalent
- Experience as a pilot with 737 experience or as an instructor on any type of Boeing aircraft
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience developing flight training courseware
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, in aviation or education beneficial but not essential
- Experience developing Crew Resource Management or Competency Based Training Assessment
- Flight instructor time preferred
