Role
As an AI Engineering Director, you will lead our client AI programs and be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding technical delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
You will directly manage forward deployed AI teams and engagement managers, provide steering and support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development initiatives.
As an AI Engineering Director, you will work on
- Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
- Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor and value creator.
- Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of delivery excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required for this position.
- Experience leading transformative initiatives from concept to execution, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges using innovative and practical solutions.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships with large organizations, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, and grow business.
- Proven ability to work with C-Level stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, persuade decision-makers, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a track record of breaking new ground and creating measurable value.
- Fluent in English, French and/or German are a plus.
