As Experience Marketing Lead, you will own and scale a world-class events program that bridges the gap between healthcare innovators and the AI ecosystem. From intimate private dinners to high-stakes annual conferences, you will personally design and execute premium IRL experiences that define Scarlet’s brand as the pre-eminent authority in medical AI certification.

What you will do:
Concept and deliver end-to-end premium events, including intimate executive breakfasts, technical training sessions at exclusive members' clubs, and large-scale landmark conferences.
Manage every detail of the guest journey personally, from curated guest lists and venue selection to on-site hospitality and post-event impact analysis.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align every IRL experience with Scarlet’s mission of accelerating universal access to innovative healthcare technology.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience managing exceptional hospitality or premium brand experiences with a track record of flawless execution and exquisite taste.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate a room of sophisticated AI founders and investors while obsessing over the minute details of guest experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for action, capable of taking an event from a blank-page concept to a five-star reality without agency support.
