You’ll be a core member of a dedicated strategic client team, working exclusively with one of our largest clients on a major digital transformation programme. You’ll partner directly with product owners, UI designers and senior stake holders to shape digital products and services. From defining user journeys to delivering research and informing product decisions, you’ll be hands‑on and influential from day one.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
CONDUCTING USER RESEARCH:
- Support the planning and execution of user research activities like interviews and usability tests
- Help analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs, behaviours and painpoints
CREATE UX DESIGN:
- Create key UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows and customer journey maps, collaborating with senior designers for feedback and guidance
- Ensure your designs align with user needs and business goals, balancing creativity with functionality
CLIENT COLLABORATION:
- Play an active role in client workshops, sprint ceremonies and strategic discussions, confidently presenting your work and insights.
- Help stakeholders embed user‑centred thinking across teams, influencing decisions that drive long‑term improvement
STRATEGIC THINKING:
- Translate research findings into meaningful design decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of product and service concepts that elevate the customer experience and support the client’s transformation goals
LEARN AND DEVELOP:
- Continue building expertise with tools like Figma, Miro and PowerPoint as you refine your own processes and approach.
- Receive constructive feedback and mentorship helping you refine your design processes and research skills.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- 2 to 4 years experience in experience design, with examples of successful projects where you’ve contributed to both UX research and design
- Comfortable with UX tools such as Figma, Miro and other digital collaboration tools
- Strong communication skills, you’re able to present your ideas clearly and can work with feedback from clients and colleagues
- Collaborative and creative, you enjoy working as part of a team to solve complex problems
- Curious and organised, you’re eager to explore new ideas and are capable of managing your workload
