What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for an Expand Sales Director, EMEA & APAC to join us at Pebl. This role is responsible for owning and growing revenue across our existing customer base.

You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers who own the post-sale customer lifecycle, focused on retention, account growth, and long-term customer value. This includes building strong relationships and expanding accounts in line with customer needs.

This role reports directly to the VP of Global Expansion, and plays a key role in shaping how Pebl grows and retains its customers across the region.

This role is fully remote, and we're hiring in key European markets. You'll be embedded in your local market while selling globally, bringing regional fluency and cultural intelligence that sets Pebl apart.

 

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Lead the EMEA Account Management team, owning performance across retention and expansion

  • Coach and develop Account Managers through regular 1:1s, account reviews, and deal support

  • Own renewal outcomes, account growth, and overall customer revenue performance

  • Drive structured account planning to deepen relationships and unlock growth opportunities

  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts

  • Create a high-performance, accountable, and commercially focused team culture

  • Use data to identify churn risk, expansion signals, and trends across the customer base

  • Improve Sold-to-Invoice conversion and reduce friction post–Closed Won

  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage and clear account ownership across the team

  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support customer growth

  • Contribute to GTM strategy across retention, pricing, and expansion plays

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Account Managers

  • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency and customer insight

Let's Connect If You Have:

  • Proven experience owning post-sale revenue, including renewals and account growth

  • Experience leading and scaling Account Management or post-sale teams (4+ years)

  • Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on both retention and growth

  • Experience in EOR, global payroll, HR tech, or similar SaaS environments preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally

  • Data-driven, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities early

  • Passionate about building and developing high-performing teams

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Physical residence in one of Europe's major cities with the right to work in that country

  • Full professional fluency in English required

    • Great to have: Full professional fluency in the primary language of your hub city (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) : both written and spoken, essential for enterprise client engagement

Travel

This role may require up to 25% travel, including customer meetings, team offsites, and company events.

Compensation for our GTM roles is flexible and determined based on level, experience, and market data informed by the Radford Global Compensation Survey — ensuring every offer is both competitive and reflective of what you bring to the table.
