Job Description SummaryFor our GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) International Commercial team, we are currently looking for highly organized and Executive Support& Operations Specialist. Reporting to the International GM, you will assist the executive on their priorities alongside supporting other senior members of the international team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective project planning within our international commercial team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a presence of minimum 3 days per week at the site on Pollards Wood, Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles (Buckinghamshire)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM and senior leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Project Planning:

  • Take ownership of project planning and coordination for various initiatives within the international commercial team.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the GM, senior leadership team, and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations.

Qualifications

  • You have proven experience in assisting executives leading global international and diverse teams.

  • Proactively drives improvement of day to day activities while demonstrating a behavior of thinking ahead of the curve. Engage and implement small continuous improvement projects.

  • Ability to provide absolute security for highly confidential information and to maintain the confidentiality of extremely sensitive information.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desired Skills

  • Experience in a multinational Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environment.

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
