Executive Recruiter  
Locations: Salford Quays, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, Staines or London  
Full-time position: 37.5hours    
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum 
Hybrid and flexible working options available. 

About the Role 
The Executive Recruitment team at Bupa plays a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of our business by attracting engaged and talented individuals. This role spans across our insurance business and functional teams, delivering our resourcing strategy and ensuring both candidates and Hiring Managers have an unforgettable recruitment experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partnering with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs, develop candidate profiles, and agree on recruitment strategies. 
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance, serving as a trusted thought partner to hiring managers. 
  • Providing a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships, guiding, and communicating throughout the candidate journey. 
  • Working closely with Business Partners to understand upcoming needs and create proactive pipelines when possible. 
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices. 
  • Using creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent. 
  • Managing assessment and interview processes, supporting and advising Hiring Managers on tools and methods. 
  • Partnering with the Attraction & Branding team to create and deliver targeted sourcing plans for key projects and hard-to-fill areas. 

What We Are Looking For From You 

  • Extensive experience as a professional in-house recruiter, ideally at the executive level. 
  • Specialist recruitment knowledge within one or more corporate functions such as Finance, Technology, Audit & Risk, or HR. 
  • Proven ability to develop strong and successful relationships at a senior level, acting as trusted counsel to senior leaders. 
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, able to manage and influence stakeholders and candidates.
  • A genuine care for creating an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, with demonstrated ways to enhance the candidate journey and add value to recruitment processes. 
  • Strong assessment capabilities, with experience in competency interviewing and creating assessment processes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high levels of agility, administration, and attention to detail. 
  • Experience in market mapping and developing pipelines for critical roles.
